Major parties positive on redrawing provinces
KATHMANDU, Oct 1: Major three parties have turned positive on changing boundaries of provinces adopted by the newly-promulgated constitution. A meeting of Nepali Congress (NC), CPN-UML and UCPN (Maoist) at Prime Minister’s residence in Baluwatar on Thursday morning concluded that provinces can be redrawn to rope in agitating parties to consensus.
